It started in a kitchen and soon became a family tradition. What began as a homemade recipe was made, shared, and enjoyed for generations.
Through the years, Rhonda has continued to lovingly refine and perfect her family recipe while staying true to its roots. The result is the rich flavor and irresistible crunch that define Rho’s Original Toffee.

The Recipes Journey
Long before The Toffee Tin, there was a family kitchen, a treasured recipe, and a well-loved pot at the heart of a tradition.
What started as homemade toffee became a family favorite, shared around holidays, gatherings, and special occasions.
Rhonda inherited the original recipe from her mother, who had received the well-loved pot as a wedding gift. (Her mother always joked that the toffee could only be made in that pot.)
The recipe has come a long way since those early days, but the heart and tradition remain.
Rhonda continued refining the recipe, perfecting the rich flavor and irresistible crunch that became the signature of Rho’s Original Toffee.
And today, that tradition continues with every batch of Rho’s Original Toffee, carrying a taste of our story to you.
